Our Gin & Food Pairing Night returns on January 31st with an all-new 4-course menu crafted by Jason Peppler and paired with Nosferatu’s signature gins.
After selling out our previous evening session, we’re making this event even more exclusive. Capacity has been reduced from 150 to just 60 guests, creating a more personal atmosphere and deeper connection with the food, the spirits, and the storytellers behind them.
Throughout the night, Jason and Cellar Door Manager Angus Bloe will guide you through the flavours, the process, and the history behind each pairing—delivering a truly unique Brisbane experience.
