However, in certain exceptional circumstances we will reserve the right to not accept returns or offer refunds. This will be at our discretion. For example, we will not accept returns on "Special Order" items, etc. We will offer a refund or exchange if an item is significantly different from the sample or description. If a product is believed to be faulty, you must keep the contents of the bottle and contact us for a resolution. Freight charges may apply on returned items. An order cancellation fee of $50 may apply at Nosferatu Distillery discretion.

All stock leaves our warehouse on the same day or the day after we receive your order. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries, and delivery times are dependent on Australia Post. Under normal circumstances, Australia Post aims to deliver within the same state within 2-5 business days and Interstate metro to metro within 3-6 business days. Non-metropolitan areas may take longer.
